TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. Profile data
These data, communicated when registering in the customer area, include your name and surname, date of birth, gender, the email address with which you register and the related password, as well as your contact details.
Purchase data
At the time of the order we collect your purchase data, including the order number, details of the subscription purchased and data on the means of payment.
Payment data
To process the payment, we collect the payment data that you have provided to us, including IBAN and BIC, i.e. account number and bank code, credit card data and creditworthiness data. We receive additional payment data from external payment processing and business intelligence services with whom we collaborate for the purpose of payment processing and credit checks. We transmit to our payment management services only those data that are necessary for processing the payment. Any debit or credit card information is not stored by our systems when an order is placed. The provision of such data is mandatory to execute the requested order.
CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms, registration to mailing lists, participation in events or otherwise indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative, technical or commercial material or other communications. The data is processed mainly with electronic and IT tools and stored both on IT media and on paper media and on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with the methods set out in the articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of adequate security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
We inform you that, to provide a complete service, our portal may contain links to other websites, not managed by us. We are not responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publications of illicit moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current regulatory provisions and compliance with the Privacy legislation by sites managed by us to which reference is made. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, correction, or, when applicable, the integration of the data;
b. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which are no longer necessary to be retained in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in cases where such fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
d. data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
Furthermore, if the data subject believes that the processing of their data is contrary to the current legislation, they can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data under Article 77 of Regulation 2016/679.
